Parental Information:  The father is unknown.  His mother (Kanyunyuzi Grace) stays with her mother (Tuhaise Florence), Ronald’s grandmother.  The mother sometimes helps to fetch water, but she is not very involved in Ronald’s life and provides no financial assistance to raise him or her other children.  She is often not present in the home.

Guardian Information:  The grandmother (Tuhaise Florence) is his primary caregiver, but she is usually digging in the surrounding areas.  As a result, Ronald and his brothers are left mainly to care for themselves.  The grandmother digs to earn money to support the family. 

Sibling Information:  Ronald has three brothers ( Tumusiime John, Abigaba Herbert, and Tumuhairwe Reagan).
