Parental Information:  His father has been diagnosed with AIDS.  His mother appears to be mentally impaired and does not provide for her children.  The father carries water and collects firewood to earn money.  It appears that both parents are mentally impaired in some ways and are both unable to provide for their children.

Sibling Information:  He has two sisters (Kaswiti Rose and Nyakato Annet) and one brother (Mwesige Charles).

School Information:  Paul attends Kyenjojo Primary School.  He is in first grade.  He enjoys going to school.  He is mentally impaired; therefore, his school performance is very low.

Church Information:  Paul attends  Church.  He likes going to church.

Child’s Home Duties:  Fetching water, cleaning the house, and digging.

Child’s Favorite Activities:  Running, and jumping.

Child’s Favorite Games:  Dodge ball.

Child’s Favorite Food:  Matooke (plantains), rice, and beef.

Child’s Career Goal:  Paul wants to be a preacher when he grows up.

Child’s Top Three Needs:  Mattress, bread, and beef.

Child is Happy When…  He receives food and a mattress.

Additional Information:  The children are very malnourished and have poor hygiene.  The house that they live in is a small grass thatched house, but it is in poor condition.  (Their other house fell down so they built this one.)
