Parental Information:  Her father died of AIDS and her mother (Basemera Lillian) is severely sick with AIDS.  She does not always stay with Liz.  Sometimes she goes to Kampala.

Guardian Information:  Her grandmother (Kakuliremu Lucy) is caring for her.  She is employed as a primary (elementary) teacher.   

Sibling Information:  She has one brother (Nganzi Joanan).  

School Information:  Liz attends Katoosa Primary School.  She is in third grade.  She enjoys going to school.

Church Information:  Liz attends God’s Care Church.  She likes going to church.

Child’s Home Duties:  Fetching water, collecting firewood, grazing cattle, washing dishes, and tying their goats.

Child’s Favorite Activities:  Playing and running.

Child’s Favorite Games:  Dodge ball, net ball, and jumping.

Child’s Favorite Food:  Posho (flour and water mixture), rice, beef, and peas.

Child’s Career Goal:  Liz wants to be a teacher when she grows up.

Child’s Top Three Needs:  Mattress, blanket, and bed sheets.

Child is Happy When…  She plays.

Additional Information:  The grandmother is caring for fifteen people in a four-roomed house.  The grandmother says Liz’s greatest needs are a mattress, shoes, clothes, and milk.
