Parental Information:  Her father has been diagnosed with AIDS.  Her mother appears to be mentally impaired and does not provide for her children.  The father carries water and collects firewood to earn money.  It appears that both parents are mentally impaired in some ways and are both unable to provide for their children. 

Guardian Information:  N/A

Sibling Information:  She has one sister (Nyakato Annet) and two brothers (Mwesige Charles and Mugume Paul).

School Information:  Rose does not attend school, but she wishes she attended school.

Church Information:  Rose attends Promise Faith Church.  She likes going to church.

Child’s Home Duties:  Rose has no home duties.

Child’s Favorite Activities:  Playing games.

Child’s Favorite Games:  Net ball, football, and jumping games.

Child’s Favorite Food:  Rice and beans.

Child’s Career Goal:  Rose does not know what she wants to be when she grows up.

Child’s Top Three Needs:  Sandals, beans, and food. 

Child is Happy When…  She receives a toy and food.

Additional Information:  The children are very malnourished and have poor hygiene.  The house that they live in is a small grass thatched house, but it is in poor condition.  (Their other house fell down so they built the one they are living in now.)
